• عنوان IP الخاص بك، ولا نخزّنه إلا بصيغة مُجزّأة (hash) مقترنة بمفتاح سري، ونستخدمه لتحديد عدد مرات الإرسال ومنع الإساءة؛

• نتيجة التحقق من أنك لست روبوتًا عبر خدمة Cloudflare Turnstile، وقد تعالج Cloudflare بيانات تقنية عن متصفحك وجهازك لهذا الغرض وفق سياساتها.

• your IP address, which we store only in hashed form (with a secret salt) and use for rate limiting and abuse prevention;
• the country the connection originates from, your browser type (User-Agent), and the date and time of submission;
• the result of the bot check performed by Cloudflare Turnstile; Cloudflare may process technical data about your browser and device for this purpose in accordance with its own policies.

أغراض المعالجةPurposes of processing

نستخدم بياناتك للرد على استفسارك والتواصل معك بشأن الخدمة المطلوبة فقط. أما البيانات التقنية فنستخدمها حصرًا لتأمين الموقع ومنع الرسائل الآلية والإساءة. لا نستخدم بياناتك لأغراض تسويقية مستقلة، ولا نتخذ بحقك قرارات آلية.

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about the service you asked about. Technical data is used exclusively to secure the website and prevent automated messages and abuse. We do not use your data for separate marketing purposes and we do not make automated decisions about you.

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك التي تمنحها بتأشير خانة الموافقة قبل إرسال النموذج، وعلى مصلحتنا المشروعة في حماية الموقع من الإساءة بالقدر اللازم. يحق لك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه، ولا يؤثر ذلك على مشروعية المعالجة التي تمت قبل السحب.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse to the extent necessary. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at the email below; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

التخزين ومدة الاحتفاظStorage and retention

تُخزَّن بياناتك على البنية التحتية لشركة Cloudflare (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات وتوجيه البريد الإلكتروني). وقد تُعالَج البيانات في مراكز بيانات داخل الدولة أو خارجها، ونعتمد على مزوّدين يطبّقون ضمانات أمنية مناسبة.

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (hosting, database and email routing). Data may be processed in data centres inside or outside the UAE, and we rely on providers that apply appropriate security safeguards.

• الاستفسارات: نحتفظ بها مدة تصل إلى 24 شهرًا من تاريخ الاستلام ثم تُحذف، أو قبل ذلك متى طلبتَ حذفها.
• نسخة رسالتك في بريد الشركة: تُحذف عند طلبك.
• بيانات تحديد معدل الإرسال (IP المُجزّأ): تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد نحو 24 ساعة.

• Inquiries: kept for up to 24 months from receipt and then deleted, or earlier if you ask us to delete them.
• The copy of your message in the company mailbox: deleted on request.
• Rate-limiting data (hashed IP): deleted automatically after about 24 hours.

مشاركة البياناتSharing of data

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها لأي طرف. نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمات اللازمين لتشغيل الموقع (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات وتوجيه البريد والتحقق الأمني)، وبالقدر اللازم لتقديم خدماتهم، ومع الجهات الرسمية المختصة عند إلزامنا بذلك قانونًا.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the website (hosting, database, email routing and security verification), to the extent required for them to provide their services, and with competent authorities where we are legally required to do so.

أمن البياناتData security

نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، منها: تشفير الاتصال (HTTPS)، وتجزئة عنوان IP، والتحقق من المدخلات، وتقييد الوصول إلى البيانات، والحماية من الإرسال الآلي. ومع ذلك لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة مطلقة، ونرجو إبلاغنا فورًا عند الاشتباه بأي إساءة.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), IP hashing, input validation, restricted access to data, and protection against automated submissions. No system is completely secure, however, and we ask you to tell us promptly if you suspect any misuse.

• طلب حذف بياناتك؛

لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على info@fawzai.net، وقد نطلب منك التحقق من هويتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب. نرد خلال مدة معقولة وفق ما يقتضيه القانون، ويحق لك كذلك التوجّه إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في الدولة.

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and no advertising trackers or marketing pixels. We store only your language preference in your browser (local storage). Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or technical storage strictly necessary for security verification.
